Join your host, Karrie, in an exercise program tailored just to you! As a certified nutritionist and certified trainer, Karrie has the skills and dedication to help you keep and set new fitness goals. Join her in a fitness class of your choice; pilates, circuit training, or yoga.
Karrie Blumenthal-Dutton
Born and raised in the great Pacific Northwest, Karrie grew up loving the outdoors. Hiking, swimming, climbing trees, and running was a typical summer growing up. As an adult and mother, Karrie realized that being a healthy and active mom that her daughter could look up to was most important. It was then that she dedicated her life and career to her and her client’s health goals. With certifications from ACSM in personal training and life coaching, a nutritional certificate from NASM, Karrie has a great tool belt available to help meet her client’s needs. Outside of hosting guests at The GG Karrie spends her time helping clients through her business, Karrie Dutton Fitness.

Join Chef Mauro of Assaggio Ristorante in an intimate cooking class and lunch. Limited to no more than 8 guests, this cooking class will provide you with one-on-one instructions from non-other than Chef Mauro Golmarvi.
About Mauro Golmarvi
Mauro began to develop an early love for food and feeding those he loves under the careful instruction of his mother. When reminiscing about being a young man Mauro shows praise to his, only two true instructors—his stove and his oven, which he fondly refers to as his masters, the ones who taught him everything. “My stove and my oven are my Gods. They are not fancy, but they are mine, and they allow me to express my soul.” Mauro dreamed of making his way to America to become a great chef and one day, open his own restaurant. Today Mauro is the proud owner of Assaggio Ristorante. Most people know him from his bright smile and welcoming arms as you come into his dream, Assaggio, for dinner.
