Terms & Conditions
Reservations
Room rates are for single or double occupancy and do not include tax. An additional charge of $75 per person, per day, applies for any extra guests staying in suites. At the time of booking, a credit card will be charged for the first night's stay. All rates are subject to a 10.9% occupancy tax.
Guests
We can only accommodate adults. Each room is designed for two adults.
Arrivals & Departures
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. We are happy to store your luggage if you arrive early. A detailed arrival email will be sent before your arrival. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs not confirmed with the Innkeeper will incur a fee equal to one night's stay.
House Rules
To enhance the enjoyment of all guests, we ask that you follow our house rules. Thank you for your cooperation.
- Smoking Policy: To ensure the health and comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted in the house or shared outdoor spaces. Guests who wish to smoke may use nearby public areas or the Smoking Club room. A cleaning fee of up to $250 will be charged for violations.
- In-Room Honor Bar and Common Area Enjoyment: Our in-room selection includes a variety of house wines. If you choose to enjoy these wines in your room or common spaces, the cost will be added to your room charge. A $25 corkage fee applies to bottles purchased elsewhere.
- Quiet Hours: To respect others, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these times.
- Breakfast: Our European Continental breakfast is served from 8:30 to 9:30 AM daily. Enjoy a selection of pastries, fresh fruit, coffee, and tea at your leisure. If you wish to invite friends, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Each additional breakfast costs $25 and will be added to your room charge.
- Respect Our Collections: Our home features curated collections, many of which are one-of-a-kind. For safety reasons, cameras are installed in common areas. Please refrain from touching items. Charges for any damage or breakage will be added to your account.
- Common Area Coffee Bar and Tea Service: Enjoy self-service coffee from our Nespresso machine in the dining area or tea service on the first-floor hallway.
- Social Media: We love seeing photos of our collections. Feel free to tag us on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter, but please do not touch our curated items. If anything is accidentally broken or missing, it will be charged to your room bill.
The GG Mansion Inn - Quick Cancellation Policy
We know plans can change! Here’s what you need to know:
• Deposit: A one night stay is required at booking and is nonrefundable.
• 15 days Days Before Your Stay: Cancel at least 15 days ahead and receive a refund minus the cost of one night stay.
• 14 Days Before Arrival: Cancellations in this window are nonrefundable.
• Within 14 Days of Arrival: No refunds for cancellations or changes. Guests are responsible for the full balance.
• Groups (3+ rooms or whole-home rental): 50% deposit required. Balance due 60 days before arrival. Group bookings are nonrefundable within 60 days.
• No-shows or early departures: Charged the full reservation amount.
• Travel insurance is recommended to protect your trip against unexpected events.
